SOTD: "Any Little Town" - Chris Trapper (Push Stars)
Here's an older track by Chris Trapper, lead singer of the Push Stars. I used to listen to these guys a lot in high school and college. They've since gone separate ways but Chris still tours around the country. Enjoy this one....."Any Little Town".
Deer Tick: Rolling Stone Smoking Section
Deer Tick recently visited the Rolling Stone Smoking Section and played a couple tracks. They did a great cover of "Summertime Blues" and their song "Friday the 13th". Take a listen HERE.

The SPIN Interview: Mos Def
SPIN Magazine has an interview with Mos Def this month that I really enjoyed. If you don't have a subscription or frequent their website, you can find it HERE. This year marks the ten year anniversary of his debut album "Black On Both Sides". If you don't have it in your collection, I'd HIGHLY recommend adding it ASAP, it's tremendous.
