Another great music blog that I often visit is called "I am Fuel, you are Friends", it's a really cool site run by a huge music fan named Heather Browne. Singer/songwriter Pete Yorn has chosen the site to host a couple new songs that he's written, "Shotgun" and 'Sans Fear".
You can find and listen to those tracks here, but I'd also recommend spending some time poking around the site, there's some really interesting entries on there. Very excited for some new material and a tour from Pete Yorn, been awhile.
