I first saw/heard City & Colour opening up for Tegan & Sara in 2008. The band name is actually a bit deceiving since City & Colour is actually only one guy, Dallas Green (at least for the show that I saw, although maybe this tour will be different). He's got a hell of a voice and is playing a couple shows at Bowery Ballroom this week so check him out if you get a chance.
