Back when I was in college I used to listen to a lot of the bands on Aware Records.....From Good Homes, Everything, Vertical Horizon, Edwin McCain, etc. They put out a bunch of compilations and one of my favorites was Aware II, which featured this great song "Eleanor" by Shannon Worrell, with guest vocals by a young "up and coming" singer named Dave Matthews. Hope you enjoy this one....

You can tell this is Dave's "old" voice from the early to mid 90's...still with that slight country twang and not the slower, deeper smoky voice he sings with now...I still got a man-crush on him though!

do you know of any way to find the old aware comps now that awarestore no longer exists?
I'm actually not sure Joc. I didn't even know that the awarestore no longer exists to be honest.
My college roommate and I were OBSESSED with the song from the Aware album. Thank you!
